Shown with a sample firm.

Othyn takes on the office work for heating firms.

The software you already use, in one app.

We set it up for your firm and run it: the paperwork filled in for your office to check and send, your deadlines on one tracker with reminders, new enquiries answered, and your team able to ask it about any job, on their laptop or their phone.

  • It checked the paperwork and invoices against their deadlines, and what each one would cost if it slipped. The reminder waits for Mark's OK.

  • It checked the calendar, who's free and the voucher, then drafted the email to the customer. Nothing's booked until Mark says yes.

  • It took last month's finished jobs from the job software, matched them to unpaid invoices in the accounts, and found a promise to pay in the inbox. The two reminders wait for Mark's OK.

  • It read the office inbox, filed the DNO's approval in Green Lane's job, and drafted the two replies for Jess to check and send.

  • It filled in each field from the job's own records, and says where each one came from. Jess checks it, then raises it from her MCS account.

  • It gathered the job's certificates, sheets, photos and manual into one pack, and notes what's still to come.

What it works with

Othyn works with the software you already use. These are the usual ones, not the only ones.

  • Your accounts

    like Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.

  • Your job software

like Commusoft, Simpro, Fergus, BigChange, Joblogic, ServiceM8, Jobber, Payaca, Zigaflow, Tradify or Powered Now.

  • Your inbox

    like Outlook or Gmail.

  • Your calendar and spreadsheets

if that's what you run on.

Once it's connected, it's all in one app, on your laptop and your phone. Your team can ask about any of it instead of going app by app, and it keeps watch overnight.

Run on something else? If it can export its data, Othyn can work with it.

Questions

Do we have to change our software?

No. Othyn works with the software you already use.

Do you send the grant forms?

No. We fill them in, and your office checks and sends them.

What about our data?

We sign a data agreement with you before anything connects. Othyn only reads your data unless you say otherwise, and your data stays yours.

How long does it take?

Roughly 4 to 8 weeks for the first parts. That's our best guess until we've seen how your firm works.

What does it cost?

It depends on the firm. We talk it through on a call.
